Since 2005, we have been providing a wide range of services and business services for the BASF Group throughout Europe and EMEA from Berlin. Starting with a small team, our international hub team today consists of more than 3000 colleagues. We serve group companies in about 46 countries around the world and combine comprehensive expertise in the areas of finance, controlling, human resources, supply chain, procurement, project management, process and product safety as well as in the areas of IT and digitalization.

Our key to success lies in the close cooperation with our partners as well as our multilingual service offering. More than 900 of our colleagues are active in our core areas of human resources, finance and accounting. In this way, we not only embody and bundle an unusual variety and wealth of specialist topics, but also in-depth expertise and development options in the respective areas. Automation and digital solutions are important elements of our vision for the future.
